We provide assistant nurses and support workers to self-funded retirees and self-managed participants under the NDIS.
When managing supports through your individualised funding arrangements, you may need some extra assistance from We2Care. You can select your own personal carer from our pool of qualified and dedicated staff. That means you have control over the kind of assistance you receive, when and how you need it. If you have found your own support worker, we can assist you with reference checks, police checks, blue card checks, contracts etc.

We can accommodate shift-by-shift, short-term and long-term placement options.

Our stringent reference-checking procedures are designed to protect you. As part of our commitment to providing exceptional care, we ask all future staff to provide the following:
  • A CV demonstrating previous experience
  • Working with children check (‘blue card’)
  • Police check
  • Proof of identity
  • Evidence of qualifications
  • Immunisation evidence
Additionally, all We2Care staff:
  • must complete the We2Care induction, competency and skills questionnaires
  • are insured by We2Care.
